WHO ARE WE
Dr. Xiong Rong, aged 53, the founder of the Group, has been serving as the chairperson of the Board since July 4, 2016. She is primarily responsible for the overall strategic planning of our Group, and supervising and overseeing the management of our business operations.
Mr. Chen Shouxian, aged 42, joined the Company on August 29, 2016 and has been serving as the chief executive officer since July 2019. He is primarily responsible for the overall management and participating in major decisions on our business operations.
Our History
- Released the single fork FOLA SN series, designed for compact trolley handling.
- Upgraded the pallet stacking forklift AMR DN1516 and the pallet handling forklift AMR BN1501 series.
- Commenced operations at our 16,557.61㎡ manufacturing base in Quzhou, with an estimated annual production capacity of 10,000 smart logistics robots.
- Established wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore and the United States.

Malicat initially established its presence in high-precision sectors including semiconductor, Pan-Semiconductor and 3C electronics, building on high-performance AMRs before expanding into multiple application scenarios. We have successfully deployed projects involving over 200 laser SLAM-based AMRs at a single site, setting an industry record for the largest AMR fleet deployment. Our AMR fleets accomplish more than 30,000 transport tasks per day with a success rate of over 99.995%.
